New Loesche Mill Type: LM 42.195?
“LM 42.195” is of course not a new Loesche mill. “LM 42.195” stands for “Loesche Marathon 42.195”, the historical distance and a historical course for Loesche GmbH. On Sunday, April, 28th, 2013, forty employees of the Loesche group will participate in the Metro marathon in Duesseldorf, splitted into ten relay teams. Even before the start, we have won: the last time, there were “only” four brave participants for the run – hence, we have an immense increase up to forty Loesche runners. This fact itself may already be a good omen for a successful participation of the Loesche team ?
The starting point is at Josef-Beuys Ufer, close to Inselstrasse at the Rheinterassen. The race starts at 09:50 h. The relay is parted into distances of 8 km, 8,5 km, 16 km and 10 km. We are looking forward to motivating the runners. In which way, anyone may decide for himself…
The only question that arises is: may the number of the cheering spectators of the Loesche group overcome the runners? There is enough space for this: The marathon route meanders through Düsseldorf to the “Unteren Rheinuferpromenade” where hopefully all runners will be arriving happily way before 15 h (the official very last finishing time!).
Is there a second omen for a victorious participation at city level? This year, the relay groups have been given creative and catchy names. As a passive participant, one may wonder, which superior or colleague may be running for these relay groups:he marathon route meanders through Düsseldorf to the “Unteren Rheinuferpromenade” where hopefully all runners will be arriving happily way before 15 h (the official very last finishing time!).
Loesche Special Force, Loesche Money Maker, Loesche Power Engines, Loesche Head Hunters, Loesche FiftyFifty, Loesche Master Rollers, Loesche Service Packs, Loesche Fire Brigade, Loesche Classics and Loesche Rolling Stones – well, anyone having an idea, who is participating in which group?
If not, the clue is very easy: spread along the course on April 28th, 2013 and cheer for our team in the green shirts!
General information for the marathon, you may find at www.metrogroup-marathon.de.
As for now: we wish all the active and passive participants a wonderful race! Go for it!
